Make sure to utilize your Fasting Journal! It has great information in it like What Fasting Is and What Fasting Isn’t. Examples of fasting in scriptures and key ways to fast. This journal is meant to accompany you during your 21-day fasting adventure. It will help to provide focus and clarity for each day as you fast, pray, worship, and read along with us.
