STX Youth Conference

MercyGate Youth is attending South Texas Youth Conference!
With powerful messages, breakout sessions, and times of worship...this is an event that will transform and unify our students!
Students 7th-12th grade are invited to attend.
What is the schedule?
***We are NOT staying overnight for this event. Students will need to be picked up from MercyGate Friday night and dropped off again Saturday morning. ***
Friday:
- Meet at MercyGate Friday afternoon @4pm to travel to STX Youth Conference
- Kids need to eat before hand or bring money for food/snacks during pre-service this evening and will NEED money for food after service during block party since we will be staying late
- Service will wrap up around 8:30 then there will be a block party till midnight, and then we will return to the church late around 1am.
Saturday
- Meet at MercyGate Saturday morning @6:30am to travel to STX Youth Conference
- Saturday consists of morning worship, breakout sessions, lunch (provided), and an afternoon service.
- We expect to return home by 4pm.
What is the cost?
Cost includes conference fees, and transportation
- Register Before we sell out of tickets MGY purchases - $60
- After MGY sells out of Pre-Purchased tickets Price will increase accordingly:
- EARLY | Aug 29 - Sept 18 | $70/person
- ON TIME | Sept 19 - Oct 9 | $80/person
- LATE | Oct 10 - Oct 30 | $90/person
- LAST CHANCE | Oct 31 - Nov 15 | $100/person
**Spending money for dinner on Friday night and merch (optional) will need to be sent with your student.
League City Students schedule:
Friday:
- Meet at MercyGate Friday afternoon @4:30pm to travel to STX Youth Conference
- Kids need to eat before hand or bring money for food/snacks during pre-service this evening and will NEED money for food after service during block party since we will be staying late
- Service will wrap up around 8:30 then there will be a block party till midnight, and then we will return to the church late around 12:30am.
Saturday
- Meet at MercyGate-League City Saturday morning @7am to travel to STX Youth Conference
- Saturday consists of morning worship, breakout sessions, lunch (provided), and an afternoon service.
- We expect to return home by 4pm.
